Victor - After taking a second look, that is exactly correct. However that has to be a typing error. If you take Net Income of $744,630 and divide it by total outstanding shares 5,679,150 you get: $.13111631376212

And that is not 13/100 cent.

That looks like a typo. It is $0.13 which is the same as 13 cents. Whoever wrote in text form $0.13 cents just made an error. Look at the table below cut and pasted from
biz.yahoo.com
For the Three Months Ended March 31, 1999 and 1998
THREE MONTHS ENDED MARCH 31:
1999: 1998:
----- -----
REVENUES $3,251,941 $2,403,378
EXPENSES $2,090,886 $1,991,533
NET INCOME $ 744,630 $ 278,303
PER SHARE AMOUNTS
BASIC EARNINGS PER SHARE $ .16 $ .06
DILUTED EARNINGS PER SHARE $ .13 $ .05

Whoever wrote the text is a moron and does not know how to express the amount correctly, but that does not change the fact that it is 13 cents. If you do not believe me, call the company. If you choose to believe the typo and spread inaccuracies, that is your prerogative.

It is always a good idea to confirm a nonsequitur with a second source. Here it is from edgar-online.com;
