Then again, maybe giving the country to the Dems. would be a good thing. The resulting chaos is likely to result in another resurgence of conservatism unseen since the early eighties. Sometimes the cure is rather painful. JLA

BTW, just saw a report from the Washington Times that the public will get to see 70% of the Cox report on Chinese espionage and technology transfers. The document will be posted at the House of Reps. web site. JLA

Neocon, this discussion reminds me of the comment Bob Dole made during the primaries. Something to the effect, "I'll be anything you want me to be, I can be a Reagan".

So basically what he said was, I have no core belief's, whatever the polls show I need to do to win, I'll do. What I really believe is I should be President.

The country club Rockefellor Republicans are a lot like this. That's why a guy like Alan Keyes scares them so much. The Nixon wing of the party is still trying to recover from the Reagan years. That's why you see them floundering in Congress. Where is the vision? Where is the solidarity?

Those wimps are just hoping they can survive the rest of the Clinton years.

It's been a very dissapointing last 4 years for believers in the 94 revolution.
