KOB-T...That is not actually a 25% premium....

At the last quote $1.25x1000 shares = $1250.00
1 right for every 8 owned is 125 shares=$0.90x125= $ 112.50
= $1362.50/1125
= $ 1.21/share

Quick math but it gives you a general idea...not a bad deal if you are already a shareholder but I would not buy to get the right.

edit...even at $1.15 the cost per share is $1.12

KOB. making a nice move glad I bought some yesterday and today up .25 so far. I think there may a bit more legs left in it today.
