Chief, ITKG's form 10 filing has everything to do with meeting listing requirements that must be met before the June deadline for them to remain listed. The very fact that ITKG is filing means (to me) that they consider themselves as a viable entity. That is good news. However, I do not equate their filing as an indication that contracts are imminent. It would be nice but only time will tell. Volume/price today will tell us where the insider buying is going. reddy
