Now I know I am talking to myself.

There is a reason I point out the Form 10-Q versus a Form 10-QSB. The QSB has lower reporting requirements, but if a Form 10-Q is filed for any quarter within the year, a Form 10-K has to be filed for the Annual Report to the SEC, which also has higher disclosure requirements. DBSS filed a Form 10-KSB as its most recent financial periodic report. So they clearly have desired the SB form in the past. Also the SB-2 form was used for the recent securities filings, which is the SB (Small Business) form.

I have been through this trap before with the SEC. And you can not go backwards from a 10-Q down to a 10-QSB. Just thought I'd mention that in case anybody is reading.

The filed extension has the box checked that could be either a Form 10-Q or a 10-QSB. So all of the above maybe just an exercise in typing skills.
