It would be my bet that new relationships are being generated, and if they are with size telecom players (like LU or MCI or Sprint) they'd get a pop in the stock, just like what CSCO did. This stock should trade in the 50's, ImHO. Technically, it's not overbought, but possibly slightly oversold. There's a trade here (after options expiration finished) to the high 40's, at least. Stee
