If XOMA called Murphy to ask what was going on then that is another reason to vote against management. If XOMA called him to mislead everyone by pretending not to have any idea about who is buying, then perhaps management is worthy of more respect than I already give them. We will soon see who has been buying. Today was made to order for a big buyer, if there ever was one. Reports are that XOMA even above $5 was considered non marginable, by several brokers, this morning and would be kept in that condition until at least Tuesday even if it remained above $5. What happens next Tuesday??? Any personal experience with this out there?
