A Form 10 must have those details. I guess you really are ignorant of the requirements of a Form 10 AND think the SEC is filled with a bunch of fools! "Something tells me... As in the voices? Are they really back? How sad for you. Certainly, that "something" you refer to does not involve going to the source, the SEC. As I've noted, "dealing with knowledge" by going to the source is not one of your fortes. In fact you refuse to do it. In fact you pride yourself in your refusal. But then, since you have accused the SEC of being involved in a conspiracy with the MOB and management of PABN, of course you could not go to the SEC for information. That is consistent with the rationale you use for not going to the source regarding PABN, isn't it? PCM GO PABN!!!
