Hello Dave

A few earlier posters and I must see things from a very different perspective than you.

1. GMD NR's are apparently not distributed on a widely read news wire or industry publication,

2. GMD NR's are not faxed or e-mailed (at least to me) despite my having repeatedly requested them,

3. Despite my asking, you did not identify which news wire and what other means of NR distribution GMD does employ,

4. You and at least one and I believe two, apparently connected posters have hinted several times about GMD being in negotiations with a couple of "majors". If true, this is obviously inside and confidential information yet it would seem a select few are well aware of it ahead of common shareholders (and probably a great deal more),

5. GMD's volume spiked and price bumped from roughly $0.25 to $0.75 in the space of a few months while most juniors languish and without any widely and publicly distributed NR and without any material progress beyond apparently the distribution to a select few of geochemical sampling results,

6. You have been quite capable of duplicating on this thread all of GMD's NR's within seconds of their apparent public release yet you have never done so despite my request that you undertake such an IR service,

7. GMD has been quite capable of posting it's NR's and the material we recently discussed on it's web site within seconds of their public release, yet this has never been done, despite my request that you undertake that IR service.

I believe any dispassionate third party would feel comfortable suggesting that almost any one of the aforementioned seven examples you requested would reasonably meet the definition of "preferential, exclusive and discriminatory".

Even you might grant me, that if not independently, then certainly collectively; these seven examples constitute a reasonably persuasive body of evidence to support the aforementioned characterization.

I am not sure anything positive will come from extending this kind of discussion Dave. However, I will leave you with this invitation, make the changes I suggested. Distribute company information and NR's publicly in the media and by the means I have outlined.

I have maintained on this thread for more than a year that this is the only way GMD will shake off the public perception that is obviously dogging the company.

The door is open; you need only step through.

Regards
