Since you are the one that has bragged before about writing Form 10 filings for little companies maybe you are the one to answer. After all you could actually contribute info here, rather than just taking personal potshots at others. That could be a pleasant change of pace for you - to actually be of help. It could even serve therapeutically to help you feel better about yourself.
