I think we are hyping a wee bit at $5.00. If they can get to NASD small cap listing you could be right. For now they are just interested in being a fully reporting company the way I see it. Don't take me wrong, I would like to see it at your numbers also but we are way ahead of ourselves. Please remember from where we have come.

a sunset park terminal will serve as the major hub for rail freight trafiic in new york area. Under agreement reached this week with Norfolk Southern Corp. under terms of the agreement reached tuesday, new york cross harbor railroad will ship freight cars from New Jersey to old brooklyn army terminal starting June 1. "this will be our first foray into a market east of the hudson river," said Norfolk Southern spokesman RUDY HUSBAND as this grows it will also give us an opportunity to identify other markets in the region.
In the meantime, Husband added, it will mean fresh vegetables, corn syrup, oils, and chemicals will be shipped through Brooklyn.
Cross harbor railroad (NYRR) officials said the deal is a tremendous opportunity for them, local business and the environment.
" This is going to be a transload bulk operation," said Greg Kisloff, director of government and public affairs for Cross Harbor. "we will beable to fluidly transfer directly fron rail to truck and
truck to rail.
