No takeover or upgrades until new CEO in place....today's action was definitely part of the rotation out of the large cap names and into the smaller more value oriented names... While a takeover would be great, IR contact and CEO have told me that there is nothing in the works and that they are not speaking with anyone re: a deal. If stock breaks through the $18 level and closes there, that will be a bullish sign...otherwise, just a fools rally and time to sell My guess is that stock will test old lows before breaking out to the upside...
