Zeev,

You'll need to review the annual report again. Ampex has never said they would be taking TvontheWeb public in an IPO.

Thoughtful speculators surmise that is the plan. However, Ampex, to repeat, has not outlined any plan or timetable or affirmed in any official way the IPO of TvontheWeb....so I would suspect it will not be priced into Ampex until and if TvontheWeb files a registration statement.

I think there are strong signs of that here and the exercise of majority is certainly one and a reasonable risk taker can be persuaded to take a position early.

Hal, you are absolutely right with your description, but instead of guessing that the scenario will evolve like that, I wait for volume price action to indicate to me that indeed that recognition will appear. I could have stayed in PROG for the same reasoning and hope, and they even have positive cash flow, and shame on them, some earnings.
