Geez chris - you think I've got nothing better to do? :-)

Well apparently not - so briefly -

1. VTSS is not breaking out telcom and datacom separately due to the fact they are becoming hard to tell apart! But together they represented 80% last qtr and ATE 20%. Although ATE is expected to experience upside in 2H, a few people I've talked to expect VTSS to exit the year with ATE revs up but down as a percentage of sales to 15%.

2& 3. 20% of sales for CMOS is a considerable ways away but not unrealistic over the next few years. I believe its around 2% now and might be 5% by EOY. VTSS introduced 20 new chips in Q1 and 5 or 25% were CMOS. So they are certainly making progress. VTEK and Serano brought 40 engineers with them and VTSS will utilize them respectively to bring out higher level Sonet overhead chips (section, line, path - OAMP as I stated in my earlier post) and higher level Fibre Channel processing like monitoring, error discovery and QoS. Both seem highly complimentary to VTSS's respective phy layer leadership in Sonet and FC - ie just increases the revs per port.

4. See #3 !

Keep the faith!
