Bryan:
Man i wish i knew.
What we are supposed to get is :
Our same number of shares in the new company (Lets say Joels)
and one share (for each 4 shares we currently have in VTPI) in Carls "old" company .
We don't know what the values of either of these companies will be.
nor do we know when they will be valued. Theres the risk.
We do know we will have stock in companies that are making money and have assets vs having stock in a company that was losing money and had very few assets. that in its self does not guarantee a big value.
Some of this is on faith,, if you have none,, this ain't a bad place to get out . If you think Joel and Carl are going to be better able to build upon what they now have,, then by all means ,stick around.
