It stands to reason that if they do know of it as a possibility, they have acted on that knowledge by investigating the possibility. If they have investigated it, they have determined whether or not the possibility is in fact a reality. It is also reasonable that they have then acted appropriately, based on the result of that investigation, if there was one. I submit your question is not a reasonable one. I think it is a consequence of your own personal (and as yet unstated) agenda. However, in fairness I have to admit that it may be an honest question that you simply did not think through to its logical conclusion -- I've done that kind of thing. However, the zingers at the end, about Mr. Vaccarro, and utterly unsubstantiated, were unnecessary, unhelpful and what I believe to be an example of the main reason why, after a year, no one can participate in a conversation with you regarding this company. The zingers are insulting. Reasoned discussion, reasonable debate, even a discussion of strongly held opposing opinions cannot take place in an atmosphere of insults. An atmosphere you instigate, foster, nurture and participate in post after post, day after day, for about a year now, here and on RB. Protestations notwithstanding, your posts speaks louder than your words. I believe it was yesterday you warned someone that if others attack you they should expect to be bitten. While not quite up to the standards of the Death Threat Thread, it is a threat of physical violence. As such, it is not in keeping with your stated goals and reason for being here. I understand you are not here to win friends. Fair enough, I'm not here to win friends either. That fact that I have made some friends is beside the point, but I'm not complaining either. But if you want to influence people you should reconsider your style. Until then I reserve the right to continue to respond to you in kind, to point out your errors, and inform the unwary as I see fit. You are in a position to determine the tone of the discussion here. I don't know anyone who posts here regularly (now that rosey is gone) who would insult you without cause or attack you without provocation. What happens next really is up to you, it is your choice. Maybe you don't think you really could determine anything in this regard. It seems to me the alternative has to be that you determine nothing and are manipulated -- a position I find unsupportable.
