If you're going to paraphrase, you'll need more than a pair of phrases. Pretty hard to cut fat from this statement - BUT this is the pabn thread - a thread for discussion on an operation that is publicly held and publicly traded, and yet fails to report comprehensive up-to-date audited financials to the public. ... it's all meat, bone, and agnostic bristle. Evasive would be a good word to use here.
