Ross, They own a fab with Siemens and Motorola. I know that MOT was dropping out, but I don't think they have yet. I used to know where it was located (in the USA), but have forgotten. You will have to go to the 10K. The annual might tell, but the 10K will for sure.

Ross, I'm going to have to go after hard copy. I couldn't find any mention of the fab on the AMAT or Mot sites and I couldn't even find a mention that Siemens is in the chip business on its site. <g> Something may have happened when MOT bailed, but I haven't seen an announcement.
