Well Sturg, I'm here to help you get that dollar too. (See #reply-9618793). You may be annoyed, but what about others coming behind us here? Would you have them buy this stock without knowing the stated attitude of the management of this company as far as the filing of financials goes? As well as the potential implications for what this could mean as far as any ability to come to any valuation of the value of the company? I am afraid that I will trade your sense of annoyance for my sense of responsibility to those that might buy unaware of what is in the record.
