BK, It was definitely not Applied Komatsu. The fab I am talking about was a joint fab with Motorola and Siemens. I couldn't find it on the annual report, so I'm going to have to go to the 10K. They may turned it over to Siemens when MOT bailed, but I have never seen an announcement about that.
