Michael MOT and Infinium (formerly Simens Semi.) have two joint ventures one is the White Oak in Virginia and the second small development 300mm fab in Dresden Germany. The 300mm fab is producing silicon.
I am not aware of AMAT owning any part of any fab, it would not make sense for them to compete against their customers.

If you find evidence of this, please post. I follow AMAT very closely and have never heard mention of them even thinking about investing in a fab. Please do not knowingly post incorrect information.
