I'm not so certain that management has lost its focus, as much as we can't seem to get a good focus on what they are doing.

It's like the semantic difference between the two phrases,

apparent lack of focus, vs. lack of apparent focus...

Whatever, there have been some good args presented here, for and against the company's present set of initiatives.

On balance, at this time I see some risks with some potentially more lucrative offsets, and a couple of very large anchor tenants, who are going to be paying some good rent if the deal is allowed to consummate.

Regards, Frank Coluccio

<<but it is far from apparent that they have lost focus! >> Absolutely right!! This deal shows vision and an enhanced focus on their business interest. Each move gblx makes is brilliant and will reward handsomely.

Stock is currently on sale and I for one took the opportunity today to add to my position. Weak hands made that possible.
