Silly start to a silly post. Threatening legal action against another poster because you don't like their opinion/devil's advocacy/whatever is a pretty desperate act. You going to sue all the inaccurate posters on the internet - or just the ones posting against stocks you're personally down in?

We become legal fascists on these forums, and this whole new media is doomed.
