No, Art. I suspect management will read this board and issue a statement. I wouldn't be surprised if they nullify the vote and subject the Plan to a new election. It would be the right thing to do, of course. In the mean time, you can try to convince yourself that it was just a series of coincidental oversights by management in issuing the proxy materials, all of which worked in management's favor, potentially to the tune of about $15 million :)
