As long as you are a citizen, then you sort of owe them.

It is a very complex set up. Unless you are turning Large Money the entire issue is rather moot.

You may be right, but I don't think so..... you must declare whatever you bring into the U.S., but not if it stays outside..... if you draw an income from a foreign business, then you must claim it, otherwise...not.....
