Casa De Campo

Been there. Went down with my wife and 27 other people on a golf trip.

I stuck to liquor and steak. Many of the others often ate salads and other sorts of greens?

14 people got sick. REAL sick.

Nice golf course though, "Teeth Of The Dog". Three or four Par 3s right along the water, Calvin Klein's house next to the 16th Tee, I think, with a garage in the house for boats.....

Pain in the neck hitting off the 18th tee as they get real upset if you fly one into a jet as it's landing or taking off.

<I wonder how much rights you lose by not being a US citizen>

I forget, to be honest. It certainly was not an issue that dissuaded me. When my parents came here it was definitely an issue. These days, the global community is less lawless, unless you pick something like the Falklands (which one unlucky family in New York State tried just before the war) or a politically unstable country such as one in the Middle East.

But generally speaking the major right that one loses is that one is only allowed to come to the US "on average" 182 days a year. Now, Bermuda is not known for the level of medical treatment that one can get in NYC for example. But NYC is about an hour by plane. So it's a drawback but certainly not a major risk.

Believe me, I have gone through this some time back and I could not find an issue that made it a bad deal.

Next, someone may say "Well, why doesn't everyone do this?".

I'm not everybody, each of us makes our own decisions.
