Hi Roman, Thanks for the clarification on your last 2 posts.Certainly,a rights offering is new by me!A Question of mine is re:post #2648.Does that really mean what it implies-ie.that residents of provinces other than ONT.and BC do not get the opportunity to participate in the rights offering(as is the case for US citizens)??This I don't understand,and it goes on to mention something about some unexercised rights being available.I don't get it!Will you please clarify this??
