Excite takes position in HLTH means that it's now ATHM's puppy. That's good.

Bell was very impressive on Rose's show and I saw TJ several times...I think the street perception of Bell will be more positive.

Name change??? Might be no more than Excite@Home or something like that to reflect the combined company and capitalize on the brand recognition of Excite. It would be a shame to give that up.

FCC telegraphs it's stance on unbundling and it sure sounds positive for ATHM and T. Basically it sounds like they want AOl to go away and develop "other" broadband alternatives. Sorry AOL.
