Hostility is not my purpose. But I do wonder some of you are not understanding me when your examples are very similar to mine. Don't get me wrong I don't pretend to be an expert, but wonder about others who claim they are but they don't even understand that Ampex has never stated that they plan to do an IPO. Look up Bussco's recent S-1/A. They have registered just 88 shares of common stock. Somehow I don't think they plan to sell these. But they have registered several million shares of preffered stock. Many, many ways to skin a cat.
