<Why, logically, would Bramson want to sell AXC shares and reduce his ownership at the holding company level which owns TvontheWeb, AENTV, Reiter, Micronet, AmpexDataSystems to own more of just one of them. There is no economic benefit.> 1. He has much more than required for controlling interest. 2. He is more of an investor than a CEO. 3. He has to consider the interests of other owner's/investor's of his holding company 4. And maybe the shares of the IPO have more potiential than the holding company. Without the overhead of Ampex Data and Micronet.
