What we don't know is what is developing in it's core business. If DST takes off IPO's may not be necessary. And there is those 1,000+ patients. Many, many ways Ampex could take off.

Michael, I completely agree with you, AXC must find a way to get in their (or their internet subs) a lot of cash and rapidly, as I said before, there are no patents to protect their specific turf and just as AMZN is expanding beyond books and music, all the other participants are going to crowd all the opportunities that AXC is seeking to establish as its turf.

AXC has a particular problem, IMHO, in that their turf requires proliferation of internet bandwidth, probably another two years down the road, so the new born will have difficulties addressing the large markets that will show rapid growth of the top line to a profitable position, meaning, they must batter the hatches for a long period of negative cash flow.
