Grayhairs...spoke to one of KOB's directors, and it seems there is no loopholes in the subscription of the RO. I wonder what it would've taken to include all Canadian jurisdictions in this offering. I would imagine that half of the outstanding shares are held in excluded jurisdictions, resulting in less money raised. .....and they do need some dough right now. I was glad to receive the RO but I also live in Alberta.
