Ruling due next week?? Not sure. I think people are diversifying in BEAM, SNRS, and LASE (manufacturers of LVC systems) and LCAV, OHSI, LZRC, and LVCI (LVC providers). Joe

I'm sorry but I don't know much about the specifics - so I can't offer any opinion at all as to what it's about, what the merits are, or when it might be concluded. However, based on how their earnings are leveraged on royalty streams, a negative ruling could be devastating. It was brought to my attention that this was why the stock might be weak, and recommended to me that I might consider going short for this reason. If anyone knows anything about this I would be interested too.
