IMO, I would make sure the the fast moving locomotive is completely derailed before jumping onto the tracks with a short position.

Your post mentioned earnings being leveraged by royalty streams, and by direct implication you feared the FTC ruling might affect the royalty payments, which it won't.

A negative FTC ruling is factored into the price. If the ruling is positive Monday watch this go up 20 points.
