Raging Bull offers RT quotes free to their members. All you have to do is click I agree on a bunch of forms.

i said that in the case you cited (the poster is calling a bottom) it is, imo, incumbent upon the poster to reference the current price.

so when you call a bottom on a stock, you just say, "this is the bottom"? you don't give a price?
