We call our national legal office the "Department of Justice," not the "Department of Law."

While you should call it ''Department of Order''! You mistake the arbitrary attempt by your lawyers to build a Social Order for the ideological flash pack these lawyers wrap it up with to sell it to the American public. Don't get me wrong though: I don't claim that the US's social order is brutal and blatantly iniquitous, all I claim instead is that it's arbitrary. Now, it's up to you to label it ''just'' or ''good'' or ''godlike'' or whatever... Anyway, as you have pointed it out: to qualify your social order is of the same nature as religious beliefs --here're your own words: Nobody ever passed a law which they admitted they believed was unjust.

We believe in Justice, we hope for a fair trial, etc... but the bottom line is that we'll end up with a human, flawed ruling whose main purpose is to maintain our Social Order.
