Sorry Howard, I don't follow the stock price really. But hey if you want some guesses, there is no telling really with a non-reporting company what is up. The opportunity for price manipulation is always there when you can use press releases and buy newsletter recommendations with newly printed shares - even with reporting companies. Churning volume spikes is not that hard with a couple of cooperative MM's either.

So looking for a correspondence between the questions raised and the last trade is not likely fruitful. One thing is for sure though. Not many investors are asking themselves the question: "Now how can this company have a market cap of $80 million?"

Amazing what saying you are about to file an application to be a bank, that you have someone speaking at a Windows CE technical conference, a non functional web site and a couple of trading offices can be made into, eh? Especially with the record for performance that they have to date.

So, momentum, manipulation, fundamentals? Who knows. I don't care really. I'm only here for the story anyway.
