Here Vaughn....there is no doubt. Well guys I hardly know where to start. …but here we go. Dr. Moore put on the presentation we all know the facts. We have the chemistry no if ands or buts. Our chemistry is equal to or better than the best pipes in the world…That's is both in Brazil and Ontario. I was able to spend two hours with Dan Inns going over the mountains of data that have been compiled. We as shareholder wonder what takes so long, well if you saw what I did there would be no question to why it takes so long. Each sample is taken and reduced down to the indicator minerals, then each microscopic grain is identified and mounted on a type of slide then studied under a microscope. They can tell how far the grain has moved by the condition of the indicator mineral, every grain and they have thousands of these on the Wawa alone. Volumes and volumes of data each grain is photographed for the Inclusions to backup the data. I was privileged to see the maps of Wawa and Brazil, these guys have the most advanced software developed in the world to determine and interpret geophysics, mind blowing stuff. I got to look at many of these maps of Ontario and Brazil and we have numerous pipes in both locations. This data and different ways of identifying targets (pipes) is truly amazing. I should point out that these guys are very, very excited. They are Geologists and know that we have huge finds here, no doubt about it. These fellows are tops, great guys, no bull shit no pie in the sky but just cold hard facts. As a major stock holder of PVF I am thrilled that Paul was able to hook up with this group, we were not doing too well in this market. There is no doubt that this alliance will transform PVF/CNB into world class company's. I would not be surprised if we are not the next "Diamet" in fact I think we are the next "Diamet" igniter of the resource market. I was shown many pictures of Rio Do Sono and was given their thoughts on production etc. We are just going to have to wait until Mr. Baines has a month or two under his belt down there, but don't be surprised if the expectations of diamond recovery are way above what is expected. There is much work to be done and the area where he is will take 3-4 years alone to mine. I fully expect production to commence by the first week in June. I got to see pictures of diamonds recovered on our claims by Gampiros and the company, but the proof is not far away here just another month or so and we will see production. I should also mention the Mr. Patterson at the AGM for SWG mentioned that any Future financing that SWG needed would come from CNBs $20,00 stock. Hmmm Im sure you all will have questions I will try to answer them….DD

The chemistry in this band supports only economic diamondifferous pipes only. Only in these areas will you find this chemistry. You can throw out Ashtons area in Alberta that was told to me over a year ago. Throw out any thing South of Lake Superior and 100 mile to the north of Rocky island claims...they will not support economic diamondifferous pipes. Look to the North tip of Greenland too for economic pipes, throw out the middle and south they will not be economic.....DD
