What the hell TNRG was guaranteed... I dont know and it looks more and more like neither did they. jemuel, You may have hit the nail on the head. The TNRG president GUARANTEED in an official Company Press Release: "James Tilton, president of TNRG, stated, ....all shareholders of TNRG common stock as at May 20, 1999 would be guaranteed the TIPS dividend shares." As our COMPANY PRESIDENT we RELY ON HIS OFFICIAL WORDS. As our LEADER let's hope he has a head on his shoulders and knows what he is saying. - OBVIOUSLY. If on the other hand, IMO, our president is a fool, an incompetent, or a liar as TAP apparently has said over and over today, then we shareholders have a strong class action against both the President and the Company.
