Ed:

Thanks for the Tour report. Much appreciated.

I have three questions if you would be so kind to answer.

1) When you looked in Mr. Jacobs eyes, and in your face to face
conversations with him, do you believe he is the person to
successfully produce and market the FAST1?

The reason I asked is that I've seen it several times in the
technology field where the founder of a company developed
promising products and couldn't successfully market them due to
the "I know what's best for this company and I don't need
a Marketing Manager, Production Manager..." mentality.
These companies failed for these reasons.

I'm not saying this is the case with Mr. Jacobs or Pyng I just
would like your honest opinion?

2) How many full time staff in the Pyng facilities?

3) Any red flags you saw or heard during your tour that you could
share with us?

If you don't feel comfortable answering these questions I will fully
understand or you could send me a PM.

Thanks in advance.

Stang

Jack, I'm not too happy with my response to your question about when negotiations with parts manufacturers will commence. Michael had a meeting this afternoon with a manufacturing company in Surrey, B.C. So it appears that there is some level of discussion going on while the design is being finalized.
