Richard, was the Ch 7 of VSI resolved? The $5 MM "profit" is a non cash book transaction in which the debt of VSI is "erased" from TSIG books. It is nice if it sticks, if I was one of the bag holders of VSI, I surely would want the same treatment other debt holders got (like Gordon, I believe that VSI's debt to Gordon was converted to TSIG shares, but my memory may fail me in this, so many transactions between the Chairman and the company, I am thoroughly confused). If the CH 7 is closed and done and the debt holders have no recourse, than this "profit" is legitimate even if it does not contribute cash. If the CH 7 is still open, I fail to understand this book entry.

Thanks, you might help me to get out of TSIG without losing my shirt. However, even if I do, I'll still have the bald eagle t-shirt you sent me :-)

Have a nice weekend, I'm off to a crawfish boil followed by a beer tasting. Maybe, I'll wear my eagle t-shirt.
