Michael,

IMHO, NT4 is a baby compared to Unix. My view is that the higher end will really start to bloom with broadband. Huge server boxes will be the norm of the day, on which corporations will rent time and space for the real work (business-to-business eCommerce). At the same time, mid-range Unix boxes will be history and that space will be taken over by the cheap NT servers hanging off the tier 1 servers. This will need a whole new class of applications with completely different focus.
