Touch of Death, eh?

Heheh. Well, I must admit, I do hear the ghost of Freddie Mercury warming up that keyboard in the background. <g> But I just shake my head and ask myself:

Will this company ever die, or will it simply issue more stock?

So much for illusions, eh? ;^)

Seriously, though, I expect proposals 3 through 5 will pass without much problem because hardly any public company ever gets a majority of proxies back, much less a majority voting "against" company proposals. Furthermore, all proxies that are not returned get automatically counted as votes "for" the proposals.

IMHO, the greatest risk to shareholders here is that of an involuntary bankruptcy petition, filed by three creditors with undisputed claims of $10,775.00 collectively, to liquidate the business under Chapter 7 of the federal bankruptcy code. (Do you think anyone out there meets these criteria?) If an "involuntary" occurred, the secured creditors may get out whole, but the unsecured creditors will probably take a big haircut, and the equity holders will probably not get a dime.

Just my opinion, of course.

Guess we'll just have to wait and see, eh? Only the Shadow nodes, eh? #reply-9678492

All the best, eh? ;^)
