I just read my PM UPTICK and I appreciate your attempt to be nice and warn me of your position; however, doiing one's homework consists of more than finding old crap that pertains to people no longer in existence and no longer in management - this is an entirely new company - megacom acting as the "shell" until they bought XSTREAM to implement their course of action. I know you are panicked about having bought in deep and waiting to jump out ASAP. Do it because you don't believe in the facts as they exist today - I particularly don't care what action you take, but I hate to see anyone make a decision based on garbage and emotion. Take a chill pill and find something new - shouldn't chase rising stars if you don't have patience. If you do your DD like that last post - maybe you better not chase any stock at all. Good luck. This info is OLD - the people in position TODAY not in 1996- Summer 1998 are NOT those of whom you post. Management is different; your findings about Xstream is all old - Delaware company - yes - it was incorporated in the State of Delaware however, never applied for any listing - it was private and had it's HQ in Toronto; XSTREAM was bought out by Megacom (which became a virtual shell by the previous crappy management) and the name was taken over and a filing to be listed was made. All by NEW people with an aggressive movement and new vision and implementation. The reading was good, but UPTICK if you are so concerned about this issue and write me that you want out at 6 dollars or whatever you paid and don't want to panic the board, - why are you concerned what others think or know? I appreciate the links you provided as well. When I asked Jonathan Capper from clearstation if he was an inside guy - he said he was no relation to the Firestone and Megacom Capper - all those people you posted on are GONE. When you find new information, please post. Something current would be nice. :) Jacalyn
