Thats a good question BIRD have no idea ,when I went to the OTCBB Home page there was no mention of a SYMBOL change on VTPI for MONDAY. So I'm not sure what the time table is.

The answer to your question is yes. When the symbol changes the shorts have to cover. Although, I'm not sure there are shorts. Where do you get that information?
