To Thread,

Greetings! Have been reading the posts religiously but haven't had much to say. Anyway, I've been reading the dire articles of the demise of the pc industry. And here are a few questions that have been bugging me.

1. Does anyone out there in the know see any steps being taken at cpq to get some bang out of the dec buck (all 9 billion of them)?

2. Does anyone out there in the know see any new cost cutting moves at cpq (other than recent channel moves)?

3. Does anyone out there in the know have any facts demonstrating a philosophical/cultural change at cpq (ie. getting rid of private parking for top execs.)?

4. Could someone please explain to me what exactly does Maximum-Pain attempt to measure and how is it calculated? What exactly is the theory or premise behind max-pain point?

Thanks to everyone contributing answers to these questions.
