Jhild, Over the past year, You have been off base many times. So your track record isn't perfect. I wouldn't go patting myself on the back just yet. Your raising these question's knowing all too well, We here can not answer them. You continue to mention the SEC as if it's the boogy man at the front door. I'm just wondering, If there really was a problem here? how many of you guy's would have dropped a dime already? Please! You already chased the third graders away. All you have left are the senior's. Personally I don't care how much of this stuff you waste your time on digging up. If need be, I could use some tax deduction's anyway.

Actually, I do think he listed all the required information and I think the NASD thoroughly investigated him, his past and his answers. Do you really think the NASD just accepts the information on those applications that are submitted as 'gospel truth' just because they know no one in the broker biz would ever lie to anyone?
