Morning Patrick et all....

i'm heading to AC today, going to start to refurbish my beach condo in Margate...should be fun....summer coming soon, can't wait...

as for understanding mva's....Pat yes i got those numbers thanks again...remember this brain is not what it used to be...

but you must understand, until recently my true feelings of mva's was simply to "verify" my P&F charting...i have not put them to use trading the OEX or E-mini...

in fact until Bob mentioned 30/34 yesterday, i realized how naieve i was in the whole ball of wax of mva's...

QCharts is truly a remarkable tool for trading...we have from 1 min 5-10-15-30-60-daily-weekly ad infinitum of charts that when you place mva's of differing time periods you get different results...

Well Paddy..i just NOW got THAT!!!! normally for me a 13mva 50 & 200, was good enough for trading stocks...it just helped my reads of P&F...and before P&F last year all i used was simple mva's...

now i am getting used to these mva's within time periods to help me "SEE" buys and sells of the OEX or whathaveyou..daytrades persee...

so this has all been very new to me...now if this wonderful group can put me on the right path, of using mva's with time periods to compliment each other, AND, put additionl indicators on my charts, like MACD-SOC-OBV etc...i believe i will be able to see the forest from the trees....least wise i hope i can...

at the same time, i think all of you can reflect on what peramaters your using right now...and are they working..or not...are you making good money, have your entry & exits been properly executed...and so on...

can these tech indicators be tweaked a bit more to help solve the movements of the indexs...

anyway, i will appreciate any and all feed back...

for those of you that are so successful, obviously your trading/indicators/methodolgy should be maintained..

i have found that TOO much knowledge, TOO many indicators, TOO much noise will kill your trading in the end...

the KISS method works for me....i'll continue to look for that even daytrading the indexs as well...

I am off to the shore, it's beautiful here today, mid 80's...gee whiz, maybe i'll hit the beach....<g>...

Hi Paddy ** OT **

I'll be visitin our homeland this September 18th . The misses and me, along with 7 other misunderstood souls ( why sometime the circle of friends I hang with are even called drunks) VLG are going to bicycle the beautiful city of sligo. From there we will bike for seven days up and down the mountains called "The Highlands of Donegal ".

The wives are training 30 miles on their bikes and us boys have yet to perfect the perfect pour of Guinness. That's really the purpose of the trip to the homeland. Although its just a figure of speech last night (well into a third pitcher) we bragged we were goin to drink Ireland dry !!! ( my head still hurts - thats why I'm plunkin on this computer instead of doing my morning run )

Anyhow' it's been too darn busy and I wanted to let you and your misses know there's room for a few more good people.

All travel is accompanied by a motor coach if one's havin a difficult patch here or there. If ya've a yernin for yer homeland visit
kerna.ie "Irish Cycling Safaris"

How about it ?? I'll have my laptop !!!!

Bob
