OTOTOT Morgan, One would really be worry about the Chinese ICBM rockets ever hit US randomly if ever US military can deliver guided rockets to hit right on targets (check Kosorv testing grounds) or rocket launch services without errors (check Florida coastline). (ggg) If US advanced nuclear and launching technology can only deliver so many mistakes in recent days, one would think twice about the worthiness of those old nuclear secrets stolen from US nuclear labs if it did happen. Either the Chinese are very smart to decode those possible mistakes in the stolen nuclear secrets or they may develop the same copycats 3 to 20 years later to make the same mistakes as US just did. There are two things US can do If US ever wants to stop nuclear secrets, etc. from stolen. 1. Stopped immigration some 60 years ago, then there would be no foreign-borne scientists or engineers (there are lots of them) ever help develop atom bombs, rockets, nuclear weapons, CDMA stuffs, supercomputers, etc. Better yet, refrain those smarts such as JGoren ,Jim Frost, Gregg, JMD, and others from becoming lawyers, Wall Street analysts, fund managers, investment bankers, etc. Tell them without any choice but to become engineers and scientists. May be Mr. Limbaugh can become a scientist too. No other countries can afford so many smart people becoming lawyers, investment bankers, talk show hosts nor do they have a legal system and a financial market like here. 2. Stopped smart foreign students from coming to USA to get advanced science and engineering degrees. They would not even have chances to learn the most basic nuclear knowledge nor the most advanced nuclear secrets. For example, my distant relative involved in highly sensitive SDI project during Cold War era was a foreign borne scientist turned US citizen. He could not go anywhere (outside of USA) for a couple of years after retiring from his position. If he is not loyal to USA, I personally think he can make huge contributions to any country's space program for his age and experience right now. I personally know a lot of engineers young and retired that way. Why would one be worry about some old nuclear technology stolen from USA besides political game playing? Best, Brian H.
