regarding FCMs revenues and USAT. some
would like the readers here to believe that
FCM has not gotten paid by USAT. this is
simply NOT TRUE. FCM only records revenue
after it has been paid for and shipped. call
the company. they will verify this. as far
as an earlier post is concerned, i will
reproduce part of it so that it can be easily
seen that USAT paid...

>>>>>>>As of March 31, 1999, approximately $3.7 million in
equipment purchases and installation costs were in accounts payable as
compared to $2.5 million at December 31, 1998, reflecting purchases made
pursuant to purchase orders with the Company's primary equipment and
service suppliers. Cash on hand at March 31, 1999 was $1,1 million
compared to $4.3 million at December 31, 1998.. <<<<<<<<<<<<

as ANYONE can easily see, USAT's cash position
decreased by 3.2 million from Dec to March. where
did that money go? Easy..to FCM.

FCM stated that they had a 2.6 million dollar
backlog at the end of March. now, it is possible
that some of this is USAT contracts not delivered
or paid for.

dont believe the negative BS here.

relatively speaking, FCM is kicking butt and
continues to do so. i believe that a lot of
good things are happening behind the scenes and
will come out over the next few months. plus,
dont forget about Vodavi. this was a new agreement
and will contribute greatly over the course of
the contract, IMO.
